The Northern Texas Chapter of ARN presents "Long Term Managemetn of Brain and Spinal Cord Injured Patients" on Friday, February 26, 2010, at 3 pm at the Baylor Institute of Rehabilitation, Dallax, TX. RSVP to Linda Marler at 214/820-9507 by February 23, 2010.

The Broward Association of Rehabilitation Nurses presents "Rehabilitation Update 2010" on March 5, 2010 at the Ft. Lauderdale Marriott, 6650 N.

Andrews Avenue, Ft. Lauderdale. The fee is $60 for ARN tri-level members, $70 for BARN members, $90 for Non members as $110 at the door. The Northern Illinois Chapter presents "2010 CMS Regulations/ RACs Inpatient Rehabilitation" on March 23, 2010, at 4:30 - 8:00 pm at Marianjoy Rehabilitation Hospital, 26W171 Roosevelt Rd, Wheaton, IL. The Michigan Chapter presents "Nitty Gritty of Neuro Connections" on March 23, 2010, at 8:00 am - 4:30 pm at Laurel Manor Conference Center, 39000 Schoolcraft, Livonia, MI. Application has been made for 5 nursing contact hours. The cost is $75 for MI-ARN members, $90 for non-members, and $50 for retirees and students (with proof). Registration starts at 7 am.

The 8th Annual Rehabilitation Nurse Seminar presented by the Minnesota Chapter Association of Rehabilitation Nurses on April 16th, 2010, at the PROM center, Oakdale, MN.

Submitted to the Association of Rehabilitation Nurses (ARN) for 7 contact hours.

The American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation accredits ARN as an approver of continuing nursing education.

Topics include:  Telemedicine, Rehab Needs of Service Members with Mild TBI, Acknowledging Complicated Grief and Compassion Fatigue, Sexuality and Disability.  Our closing speaker will be Melodie Chenevert; Cinderella:  Retold for Nurses.
