The 33rd Annual Meeting headquarter hotel is the Hilton, Washington DC, conveniently located near Georgetown, the Washington Business District, and Embassy Row

ARN’s special rate at the Hilton, Washington is $190 single/double plus all applicable taxes. You must make your reservations by September 4, 2007, to be eligible for this special conference rate. Be sure to indicate that you are attending the ARN Conference. Rooms are limited, so please do not wait. After September 4, higher rates may apply.

Airline Information
ARN is pleased to announce that it has secured a special discount agreement with United Airlines unavailable to the general public.

To book your reservations online, United is offering a 10% discount on selected flights on United.com. Reservations, scheduling, and ticketing information may be obtained at United's Web Site by referencing our electronic certificate number 565HG. Discounts apply on United Airlines, United Express, and TED qualifying flights. You will also receive 1,000 bonus mileage plus miles for booking online.

After you link to www.United.com, select "create itinerary," log in as a guest or registered user, enter your origin and destination, travel dates and the electronic certificate code, and then the available flights will be displayed. The discount is shown with a red star. This special offer applies to flights to or from the United States only. There are no fees for booking online. When you select an electronic certificate eligible flight your discounted fare will automatically be calculated.

You or your travel agent may contact the United Meetings Plus reservation service to get special fares on United (discounted up to 10%). Book your travel today, because arrangements must be made 30 days in advance of the official meeting dates. If you are a member of United's Mileage Plus program, you will receive credit for all miles flown.

Ground Transportation
From Reagan National Airport: Reagan National Airport is approximately 20 minutes from the Hilton, Washington DC. Taxis can be found outside of baggage claim and will cost approximately $19 each way. The train is also available from the airport for $4. Take the Blue Line to Metro Center. At Metro Center transfer to the Red Line to Du Pont Circle. At Du Pont Circle exit the station at Connecticut Avenue. Follow Connecticut Avenue for four blocks.

From Washington Dulles Airport: Dulles Airport is approximately 40 minutes from the Hilton, Washington DC. A Super Shuttle is available from Dulles for $28 each way. Signs to connect to a Super Shuttle can be found in the baggage claim area. Taxis are also available for approximately $55 each way.

Parking at Hotel: Self parking is available at the hotel for $23 a day.
