ARN has secured sleeping rooms at a special rate at the Hyatt Regency Albuquerque & DoubleTree Hotel Albuquerque. The Hyatt and DoubleTree are located in the heart of downtown Albuquerque and adjacent from the Albuquerque Convention Center. Make your reservations early to ensure that you obtain the special room rate. Be sure to indicate that you are attending the ARN Annual Educational Conference and call before the cutoff date listed below. After this date, reservations will be taken on a space-available basis only.

Reservations should be made directly with the hotels.

A taxi can take you from the Albuquerque International Sunport to either the Hyatt Regency Albuquerque or the Doubletree Hotel Albuquerque costs $18-$20 each way.  The Sunport Shuttle (Independently Operated) runs between the airport and both hotels and costs $11 one way or $20 round trip for the first person, $5 per trip for each additional rider.     

Parking is available for $16 per day (Valet - Hyatt Regency) and $10 per day (Self Park - Doubletree Hotel) with in and out privileges. Driving directions can be found at either of the hotel websites: Hyatt Regency and DoubleTree Hotel.

Meeting Location 

With the exception of the 2-day Leadership Course on October 19-20, all educational sessions, exhibits, and poster displays will take place at the Albuquerque Convention Center. The convention center is located directly across the street from the hotels. The Leadership Course will be held at the Hyatt Regency Albuquerque.

Attendees are encouraged to dress in business causal attire for the conference. If you get cold easily, you'll want to bring a jacket or sweater to ensure maximum comfort during your learning experience. Meeting room temperatures will fluctuate and it is difficult to make all areas of a large room comfortable for everyone. *Don't forget that Saturday is casual day. Take a break from business casual attire and step into your favorite pair of jeans.
