RNF Benefit at El Pinto Restaurant

Experience the flavor and colors of New Mexico at El Pinto Restaurant, a beautiful restaurant tucked behind high adobe walls where diners eat within a courtyard filled with ancient cottonwood trees, splashing fountains, and extensive gardens. El Pinto Restaurant is regarded by locals and visitors alike as serving the finest in New Mexican cuisine with some recipes hailing back to the owner's grandmother, Josephina Chavez-Griggs.  Enjoy the Fiesta Dinner Buffet under the stars while listening to the music of a marimba duo.  Your evening would not be complete without a short tour of the on-site salsa making plant where El Pinto's world famous salsa is produced and then continue on to learn how they make their world class guacamole at a guacamole-making demonstration.   All proceeds will benefit the Rehabilitation Nursing Foundation.
