Before heading out to experience all the music that Nashville has to offer, join us to learn the best “boot scootin’” moves. All ARN attendees are invited to learn basic line dancing steps while enjoying some refreshments and desserts; you’ll be ready to show off your moves during the rest of the week when visiting some of the many live-music venues in Music City. Be sure to join us immediately following the Welcome Reception.
Proceeds will benefit the Rehabilitation Nursing Foundation (RNF).

ARN will provide two unique opportunities to get your blood pumping and learn some exercise strategies to help your patients who may experience limited mobility. Mike Alalof was a top bodybuilder and professional boxer whose life changed when he was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. He spent 2 years relying on a wheelchair before learning how to rebuild his body through exercise and nutrition. Now, at age 57, he has regained much of the strength he had in his 20s and has revitalized his life. He has taught hundreds of people how to gain strength and revitalize their own lives using the methods he has developed.
Join Alalof for a demonstration of exercises designed for those who may have limited mobility and then take that knowledge back to your patients. Attendees will have an opportunity to follow along and try the exercises while Alalof demonstrates.
