The Professional Rehabilitation Nursing Course (PRN Course) 4-day intensive course covers rehabilitation nursing concepts and clinical skills that are essential to all rehabilitation nurses. If you are new to the field of rehabilitation nursing, float to rehabilitation units, or plan on taking the CRRN® exam, this live course will provide you with extensive information on rehabilitation nursing concepts and current practices from experts in the field. Multiple opportunities to network and ask questions are offered throughout this course to meet with the expert faculty with clinical and teaching backgrounds, in a relaxed environment.
Continuing Education Credit
You can earn 1 nursing contact hour for every 60 minutes of educational time. You must complete and submit an evaluation form for each session you attend to receive contact hours. There is a maximum of 25.25 nursing contact hours available for this course.
ARN is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

The Professional Rehabilitation Nursing (PRN) Course is designed for nurses new to rehabilitation nursing or who may float to rehabilitation units. It also provides a thorough overview of the rehabilitation specialty for experienced nurses studying to take the CRRN Exam. PRN Online provides a comprehensive education in rehabilitation nursing concepts and clinical skills. Session slides are presented with voice over instruction by expert faculty with clinical and teaching backgrounds. Essential knowledge and best practices for the rehabilitation nurse are taught in 3 modules covering 25 different topic areas. Each teaching module can be done incrementally. Upon successfully completing the three posttests, students will earn 23 contact hours (CEs).
