Restorative Care Manager

Restorative Care Manager This position serves as a professional caregiver who is able to evaluate, coordinate and implement multiple treatment modalities. The Restorative Care Manager, RN serves as a liaison to the multidisciplinary team for all restorative care modalities.

Experience/Skills Required: Must be able to coordinate a restorative care that promotes the resident's wellness and prevent debilitation. Must possess knowledge regarding elements of restorative nursing process to include specific treatments for incontinence. Must possess the knowledge of the MDS process and how it relates to all elements of the Restorative Care Nursing Process. Knowledge of hospital and department policies and procedures, resident care procedures and the ability to operate technical equipment as required through orientation. Previous Long Term Care experience required. 2-4 years management/leadership role desired.

Education/Licensure Required: Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Nursing and possess a current licensure Registered Nurse in the State of Tennessee.
