Centegra Health Systems, located in McHenry, IL is seeking a superior and skilled:

CLINICAL MANAGER - REHAB NIMC

Leads, organizes, integrates and evaluates activities through managing daily operations in the Care Center to ensure high quality patient care. Ensures knowledge and adherence to policies and procedures and assists in the development and implementation of new programs.

Upholds and monitors the standards of patient care practice through evaluation of all clinical care providers; identify fiscal, staffing, and equipment needs; select, train, and develop an effective and efficient staff; monitor operations of the department, recommending when appropriate, changes to provide quality patient care; actively participates to identify problems, ideas and goals to improve patient and Associate satisfaction; responds to Customer Satisfaction issues and interacts as a team member to ensure efficient systems and customer satisfaction.

2 yrs related exp. with 12 mo. recent exp. in Center Specific service setting. IL RN License, CPR, NALS (Center Specific), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Center Specific) required. Bachelors Degree, Professional Certification (Center Specific) and PALS (Center Specific) preferred.
