Veterans Administration and Military Nurses

Rehabilitation nurses who work within the military and the Veterans Administration (VA) healthcare system are often confronted with a unique set of challenges helping wounded warriors return to active duty or re-establish their lives at home. We hope this special section will provide you with the information, ARN resources, and certification opportunities you need to provide the best patient care possible.

Get Certified

CRRN® certification has been approved by the Department of Veterans' Affairs as a part of their "Get Certified" program and if eligible, allows for reimbursement of certification fees. When Registered Nurses earns their CRRN, they make a higher commitment to promote excellence in rehabilitation care and have had their qualifications and specialized knowledge in rehabilitation nursing validated through passing the CRRN exam.   For more information about the CRRN credential and accreditation, please visit Certification.

The practice test was designed using the certification examination content outline as published in the candidate handbook and is composed of 100 multiple-choice questions.
