ARN Annual Conference History

Since 1975, the Association of Rehabilitation Nurses (ARN) has hosted an annual conference to bring together rehabilitation nursing professionals from across the country. These conferences provide a valuable opportunity to share knowledge, network with peers, and celebrate advancements in the specialty. ARN’s 2021 Rehabilitation Nursing Conference

ARN’s 2021 Rehabilitation Nursing Conference was a virtual event designed for nurses to renew their energy and offered nurses new knowledge and tools to continue providing excellent care.

At #Rehab2021, attendees:

  • Saw robust keynotes and general sessions on important topics in rehab nursing
  • Took advantage of the shared knowledge of your peers from around the world in 31 concurrent sessions and 12 sessions showcasing 31 case study and paper presentations
  • Earned more than 60 CNE with access to all sessions
  • Connected with more than 800 of their peers in rehab nursing through virtual networking events.

ARN's annual conference is a place where you can reinforce your knowledge, learn new treatments and tools, meet with valuable industry partners, and connect with the larger community of rehabilitation nurses. Content presented at ARN conferences covers a breadth of topics, including:

  • evidence-based treatments and best practices 
  • organizational tools to manage your unit and work seamlessly with your multidisciplinary team
  • specific education covering areas like pediatric rehab, bowel and bladder, stroke, SCI, medical devices, and many more
