ARN Return/Refund Policy

In situations in which ARN is contacted by individual(s) requesting a refund, ARN staff has the right to determine whether or not a refund or a credit will be issued to the individual(s) account in the system. All cases will be handled on an individual basis by ARN staff and may potentially result in a refund to the individual(s).

Refund/Credit Procedures

1. Live In-Person Educational Event
All cancellations must be made in writing. A $100 processing charge will apply to all cancellations. No refunds will be made on cancellations postmarked after the date specified in the event’s communication. All refunds will be processed after the conference. ARN reserves the right to substitute faculty or to cancel or reschedule sessions due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If ARN must cancel, registrants will receive full credits or refunds of their paid registration fees. No refunds can be made for lodging, airfare, or any other expenses related to attending the conference

2. Educational Products
Individuals dissatisfied with their purchase of an educational product and requesting a refund, please call Member Services or make a request via email. In the event a wrong product is purchased, the individual(s) shall contact ARN within 5 business days and request a credit to their account. Any price adjustments will be made either through a refund or invoice. All sales become final after 5 business days from product purchase. In the event you receive a damaged product, you have 30 days to return the product to receive a refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Membership
Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Funds resulting from a duplicate account purchase of a membership will be allocated to subsequent membership in following years.

For membership transactions, 11.7 % of your membership dues are attributable to nondeductible lobbying expenses as described under Internal Revenue Code Section 162(e). Please consult with your tax advisor regarding deductibility of your membership dues.
