The points of credit renewal application is mailed approximately one year prior to the certification expiration date. Please be sure to contact the office at 800/229-7530 if you do not receive the renewal materials within 6 months of the certification expiration date.
Applications received with a postmark after the deadline date but on or before the expiration date will be accepted upon payment of a late fee in addition to the renewal fee.
