ARN Recognizes the 2020 Chapter Award Recipients—the Delaware Chapter and the Baystate Chapter

The Association of Rehabilitation Nurses (ARN) presented the 2020 Chapter Award to our two newest chapters—the Delaware Chapter, established in July 2019, and the Baystate Chapter, established in March 2020. The award, which recognizes the hard work and perseverance of chapters, was presented at ARN's 2020 REACH conference held virtually October 20–22.

Finding Ground During a Difficult Time
We all have felt the impact of being on the frontline during the COVID-19 battle. Throughout the pandemic, our profession was deeply impacted and challenged as a whole and through it all, these two chapters have been consistent in their ability to help nurses develop their professional skill sets. Both chapters continue to hold meetings, navigate a virtual environment, and maintain communication with members. These chapters have had to recruit new members, persevere in uncertain times, and have maintained their excitement to be part of ARN.

For this reason, ARN would like to extend its congratulations to the Delaware Chapter and the Baystate Chapter for receiving this incredible award that reflects their dedication and perseverance.
